Alpineville College

A college cloud platform login screen with a mountain valley town as the background image.

A fictitious college website created to showcase some of our UI/UX designs.

  • The use of technology is a human experience. In our design process, we envision the feelings we want the experience to evoke.
  • We thought it would be nice to capture the feeling of being connected to nature, whilst learning and pursuing goals in human society and academia.
  • SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) and being connected to nature have not really been portrayed to go hand in hand. But hold my beer, because they can.
  • This is an college/university platform for students to easily stay connected with their lectures, assignments, and happenings in school, clubs and the campus town, all in one place. We imagine using tech to bring people authentically closer to one another.

Charted

formerly "BrickMyPlan"

A desktop web application, with a chart occupying the left and centre parts of the screen visualising the bank balances of a user profile. On the right, they can switch on and off, and add and delete financial milestones.

This tool calculates where your financial future is headed, based on your current financial habits. Toggle between different financial commitments, and our code will instantly recalculate it all!

  • Here, we demonstrate our technical skills of crunching data and providing effective and ergonomic data projections.
  • We are experienced in doing FinTech solutions, including complex user interfaces, custom-designed charts and other data visualisations. Just let us know what you need.

Outer Space

A dark, almost black desktop webpage. The left half of the page shows a dark photograph, in greyscale, of two planets. On the right is a write-up of it by NASA.

Gaze at the stars and feel for a moment our smallness in this huge and magnificent universe.

  • This is an (albeit a few years old at this point) small project, a first attempt to create a deeply immersive experience.
  • Despite being a simple premise of a picture gallery, we sought to immerse the viewer into gazing at the beauty of the universe.
  • Did you have a long and tiring day? Open it, turn on the music (it's in the top-right settings menu), browse through the gallery and relax.
